Sticking to the Free plan gets you access to our robust Knowledge Base where you can search for questions to find the answers you need. If you're a free user and you submit a request, you will probably get a response from our auto-support. Please don't be offended - our hope is to guide you to helpful resources!

Neither plan offers phone support, but we promise to help you out within 30 days.
