Enabling and disabling the Virtual Twin chat widget​

To turn off the Virtual Twin widget on your page, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Virtual Twin link at the bottom of your edit panel.
  2. Choose AI > AI Workforce from the menu on the left
  3. Click the Configure button for Chat Receptionist
  4. Click the settings link found in the Channels section of the page
  5. You should now be on the Web chat configuration page. There is a switch in the upper right to enable or disable the chat widget
