about.me logo is still on my page
The about.me in the upper left corner shows only when you are logged in. If you log out and visit your page, you should see that it is removed.

Each week, you will receive an email containing your weekly page statistics. This email will reflect the number of times your page was visited and your Spotlight clicked not from the previous week, but the week before that.

If your email signature is still showing up, it's likely that you still have the Chrome extension activated.

You may be getting an error that states that you have over 2500 characters even though you don’t have 2500 characters. This is a result of trying to copy and paste text from another source into our Edit Panel.
→My page edits aren't saving
If your page edits are not saving, or you are unable to see a certain tab to edit the various elements of your page, it is likely that you are experiencing a browser issue.
→My university doesn't show up or save
If the university you type in doesn’t save to Education, it is not yet part of our database. We are not currently accepting submissions to modify our university database, but keep checking for updates to see if yours was added!
