Removing Email Signature From Gmail

  1. Log into your Gmail account (Already logged in? Click here, scroll down, and edit.)

  2. Click “Settings” in the top right.

  3. Scroll down to the “Signature” section.

  4. Highlight and delete the contents of the text entry box.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Save Changes.”
