Can support edit my page for me?

No. Support will not edit your page for you. All changes to your page, including your name, bio, photo, links, and other content, are made by you while logged in to your page.

If you need to update information on your page but can't make the change yourself, here's how we can help:

If you've lost access to your page:​

Try resetting your password, using the email address you used to create the page. Once you're logged in, you can edit your page directly.

If you still can't log in, see I forgot my password and can't access my email.

If someone else created the page for you:​

If a page about you was created by someone else, we can't give you access to it. We can delete the page for you, and you're welcome to create a new page of your own - it takes less than 7 minutes!

To request deletion, send us a message with the following information:

  • The about.me link for the page (about.me/username)
  • The email address you believe was used to create the page, if you know it
  • The words "Remove my page" in your message

We'll need to verify that the page is about you before we can delete it. If we can't confirm that, the page can't be deleted.
